Steve is Pre-Contract Director at NUVIA and a member of the JV Board of the ILIOS Consortium, the Construction Partner for the UK’s STEP fusion programme.

With over 35 years of experience in the nuclear sector, Steve led the NUVIA bid for STEP Construction Partner being involved since late 2022. 

Steve has held a range of senior operational, commercial and leadership roles across project delivery, site management and business operations. He plays a key role in supporting major nuclear programmes, leading strategic bidding activities and driving business growth and operational performance across the organisation.

One of Steve’s first projects in fusion was the construction of an ILW facility for JET at Culham in 1991.
