Throughout his career, Steve has led commercial teams across major national frameworks and infrastructure programmes, with responsibility for procurement, estimating, project controls, risk management and commercial governance. He has successfully negotiated and mobilised complex contracts, including joint venture arrangements, while improving performance through robust commercial controls.
