Simon is a chartered civil engineer and programme leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering some of the UK’s most complex infrastructure programmes.  

In his earlier career, Simon worked in power projects before taking on senior leadership roles in nuclear, industrial and transport projects.  

Simon was the Interface and Stakeholder Director working in the 80km central section of HS2, he also led the bid team for STEP Programme where he is currently the Programme Director for ILIOS, the Construction Partner.
