Andy is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 35 years’ experience in civil engineering infrastructure across highways, energy, nuclear, rail and utilities sectors for both public and private sector clients.  

As a Senior Leader within Kier Group for over 17 years, Andy will be using his knowledge and experience to support successful delivery of the STEP programme.
